This unmissable tour of Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea Football club, is a fun, informative and unforgettable experience, enjoyed by groups of sports fans of all ages from all over the world. The fully guided tour will take your group behind the scenes at one of the world’s greatest football clubs, giving you access all areas normally reserved for players and official. Imagine meeting the press as you sit behind the desk in the press room, soak up the atmosphere in the spectacular home dressing room and then feel the excitement as you walk down the tunnel to the pitch side with the roar of a capacity crowd ringing in your ears.
Chelsea FC pride themselves on having tour guides who are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the club and can provide entertaining yet informative tours to groups of all ages and nationalities.
Run stadium tours at least twice an hour 10am-3pm.
With the exception on any home Chelsea FC matchday when the whole of the Stamford Bridge site will be closed to the public.
During the tour they will visit various stands in the stadium, press room, home and away dressing rooms, tunnel, dug outs and pitch side.
They are welcome to take as many photos as they like throughout the tour.
Luggage or pushchairs must be stored whilst clients visit Stamford Bridge.
Please note that Stamford Bridge is a ‘cashless’ venue and the contactless limit is £45.00
Tour group capacities have been significantly reduced to allow sufficient distancing within the stadium bowl and behind the scenes.
The museum is open before and after the tour and will operate a one-way system ensuring all visitors can follow a clear, safe and designated pathway.
All Tour visitors are required to wear a face mask while in the museum or in the stadium. PPE masks are not provided and cannot be purchased onsite, visitors must bring their own. All tour staff will be wearing face masks.
There will be numerous hand sanitiser stations throughout the tour route and visitors are asked to make regular use of these.
There will be no toilet facilities available in either the museum or through the stadium tour route. This is to ensure the stadium can maintain an enhanced cleaning regime. All visitors will need to use the toilets located next to the Megastore before entering the tour and museum.
Please note that some parts of the tour and museum may not be available to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Multi-language devices will also not be available.
If the customer is wheelchair bound please notify Chelsea so they can ensure they have adequate staffing for the tour.
The tour route does involve stairs and there is no lift access.
Please note: When we receive your order, this means we have acknowledged your request and you will be sent a separate ticket by email with your confirmed time slot and reservation number. Please ensure that you take this reservation number and ticket with you to the venue, as admittance will only be permitted with this ticket.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your Tour Time.
The tours ticket desk is at the back of the stadium, behind the Matthew Harding stand. It is signposted from the entrance to the stadium.
